GROUP CLASSES
Small group classes make exercising more feasible. FTLR believes that exercise services are for everyone. These small classes are tailored to your needs. There is a maximum of 6 people to a class with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. This is a great way to meet new people, share experiences and exercise in a laid back environment where you are encouraged to exercise to your capacity.
